Colds, Flu How to differentiate?

Autumn and winter are seasons that are conducive to suffer colds or colds and flu. Both processes are infections, while sharing certain characteristics are different diseases.

What is it?

Influenza is an acute respiratory disease caused by virus “Influenza”. The gateway is respiratory virus.

The virus is spread by droplets from coughs and sneezes of infected people. Its incubation period is approximately 48 hours. The disease occurs between 48 and 72 hours after being infected.

Symptoms last an average of 5 to 7 days. Influenza is a highly contagious disease that spreads quickly. (more…)
